What’s most rewarding about your role?
The most rewarding thing about recruiting is meeting new people, building relationships, and bringing people together!
I love getting to know people, whether that’s a client, candidate or colleague and understanding more about that person, their journey and being able to support them to achieve their goals. I see my role as bringing people together and creating new partnerships; it’s so rewarding to follow my clients’ and candidates’ journeys and see what they go on to achieve.
What are the trends shaping the new face of recruitment? How can you position yourself for these trends?
The recruitment market has been a rollercoaster over the past couple of years and the main thing that I have noticed is a shift in mindset as to how candidates and clients approach recruitment.
People’s priorities have shifted significantly and it’s essential now to offer flexible working in a supportive, progressive and diverse environment. As a recruiter, it’s my responsibility to advocate for these changes and provide solutions that are beneficial for every client and candidate that I represent.
What’s your personal superpower?
I would say my positive energy! I love working with and encouraging others. I love new ideas and trying new things. I love working together as a team to achieve shared goals. And most of all, I love doing all of this whilst having fun!

What’s your favourite way to communicate?
Definitely face to face, over a coffee or a glass of wine/beer!
I much prefer getting to know someone in person, I find it a lot easier and more personable! I also like trying new places so get in touch if you’d like to catch up!
