I worked with Emma previously at a large multinational recruitment firm before returning to doctoral study. I’m very excited to be working with Inclusive Consulting in providing a personalised and tailored approach to recruitment and retainment, ensuring that managing career paths is both a straightforward and mutually rewarding endeavour.
What’s most rewarding about your role?
I enjoy being able to connect and interact with different people from all walks of life every day. Being able not only to talk with people but to really get to know and understand them as individuals will always be fun and interesting to me.
What makes you stand out from your peers?
I’m always ready and willing to challenge my own thoughts and ideas, to listen to new perspectives and opinions and I’m not too stubborn to change my mind or learn from my experiences.
What’s your favourite way to communicate?
Face-to-face is always my top choice, with virtual chats now firmly in second place.
What’s one topic you could bond with any stranger over?
Books! I’m a real bookworm and will happily chew anyone’s ear off about a good novel, and I am always grateful for a book recommendation!
What’s a surprising fact about you?
I weighed a whopping 11lbs and measured two feet long when I was born (my poor mum!).
Having worked with Ashleigh previously, I know that she has all of the attributes and values that we share here at Inclusive and I’m delighted to be working with her again. Ashleigh really cares about the individuals that she interacts with and has the drive and courage to challenge the norm and go the extra mile. Ashleigh is an absolute inspiration, working with us whilst completing a PhD is a true testament to her work ethic and determination. I’m very excited to have Ashleigh on board with the team here at Inclusive.
