Over a 25 year career with Michael Page, I became Managing Director in 2006 then Senior Managing Director for Michael Page Finance and Consultancy for the U.K. in 2014.
Having full P&L responsibility, opening 7 offices and managing more, developing the Page Personal brand in the North and Midlands, starting Michael Page Legal and growing the Page Executive brand has given me a diverse and varied skill set. Though not everything went to plan, those times were when I learned the most.

A common problem is not being able to see the wood for the trees which can lead to confused decision making. Especially in heightened states of stress or change. The team cut much of the confusion away leading to better decisions, more engaged people and increased wellbeing.
