I have been in recruitment for about 9 years recruiting at Exec level in industry and the Third Sector. It was key to me when looking for a new role that I find a business that aligned with my values and ethos.
After meeting Emma and the team, I felt there was a synergy there, along with an enviable reputation in the market for offering outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
In a competitive market, how do you differentiate yourself and the consultancy to attract clients and candidates?
I believe that when recruiting at any level you become an extension of the organisation that you are representing, therefore it’s imperative that as a recruiter you meet the client and get under the skin of the organisation, looking at the values and vision.
Ensuring that candidates put forward to the role are done so not only on traditional skills but alignment to the organisation, covering a ‘whole person ‘ recruitment ethos.
When it comes to sourcing candidates, what innovative methods or platforms do you find most effective in identifying talent?
It’s a very competitive market, therefore building long-term lasting relationships with candidates and clients is the best method of building a sound candidate base.
What’s the weirdest talent or skill you possess that not many people know about?
Doing a double-sided Elvis lip rise….when you see me please ask for a demo!
If you could instantly master any skill or hobby, what would it be, and why?
Singing in tune…I feel that no one appreciates my talent for singing at the moment, so to master singing in tune would be fab!!!
It is fantastic to have Paula join the Inclusive executive board. Paula is incredibly well respected within the market and her experience and leadership skills will be invaluable when growing and developing our offering. Paula truly reflects the Inclusive values and she will play a key role in driving the business, its people and our culture moving forward. I’m very excited to share the next part of our journey with Paula!
