Candidates
You don’t have to be actively looking for a new job to benefit from talking to us
Building a road map for your career can give you energy, motivation and security.
Having better conversations at work to improve work-life balance, negotiate a higher salary or even seek changes in how you are managed, can give you a new lease of life and help you feel in control.
We also develop contingency plans for when life throws curve balls and guide you through tough life transitions, such as returning to work after a break, making a career change or navigating a redundancy.
Why come to us?
We have really walked the walk when it comes to managing careers. Between us, we’ve climbed the corporate career ladder, had children, worked full time and part-time, taken sabbaticals, changed careers completely, and now, of course, set up on our own.
One of the things that have been most useful to us is finding a mentor to bounce ideas off and a coach to help us find a way forward. We offer this to our candidates also, to help you find clarity and see things from a different point of view.
We’re still in touch with professionals we’ve helped over a decade ago, which tells you how we operate.

A Support Plan
We mentor our candidates, discussing your career to date, your long-term development and analyse potential opportunities with you. We talk about your goals outside of work, what matters most and why you do what you do.
Then, of course, we help with the basics of the job search – CV development, which companies to speculatively apply to and why, tailored interview preparation, SWOT analysis of jobs and offers.
At the offer stage, we help you negotiate a salary and a wider package, start date and how best to hand in your notice. And we stay in touch with you for anything you need – often through multiple promotions or change in roles.
