We offer empathetic outplacement support combined with practical tips and our extensive experience in recruitment and HR to offer an effective and truly helpful service.
Our aim is for each individual to walk away from our training and coaching sessions feeling like they are better equipped, and supported, to take on the challenge of the market.
Our Consulting partner, Jo Carnie, is experienced in working with managers on organisational change programs, coaching through decisions on where and when changes need to be made, drawing on her knowledge of employment law where necessary.
Jo can help in creating employee skill review matrices, reviewing role locations, building selection criteria for potential redundancy and project managing job reduction programmes.
We can help individuals on either a 1-to-1 basis or provide group coaching and support.
